Water Use - Supply & Demand
|
City of Goodyear water customers (south of I-10) use
varying amounts of water per day. Average Daily Demand is a measure of how
much water we are provided each day. Shifting storage levels, changing water
sources, main breaks and other disruptions of service may change the Average
Available Supply.
To avoid disruptions of service, Water Resources strives
to maintain demand at less than 88% of supply. During the summer watering
season, this is harder. Watering efficiently and making smart choices to save
water helps.
Monitor our water use here. Keep Demand as % of Supply blue!
